The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has released 116 vacancies for the post of Sub Inspector in four fields. An official notification, dated 09/07/2021 was released by the ministry regarding the same. GOI invites applications for these vacancies through online mode only. Sub Inspector (communication) | Upto 30 years | Degree in electronics and communication or computer science or information technology engineering or science with physics, chemistry and maths from a recognised university |
Sub Inspector (nurse staff/female) | 21 to 30 years | 10+2 in science AND three-year diploma in general nursing from a recognised institute AND must be registered with central or state council AND two years experience in a recognised hospital |

SSB SUB INSPECTOR 2021 SALARY
The salary of a sub-inspector working with the Indian government is attractive. The post falls in the level-6 category under the 7th pay commission. The basic pay ranges from Rs 35400/- to Rs 112400/- along with other benefits like house rent allowance, dearness allowance, etc.
The exam will consist of 200 objective type questions. 100 questions will be based on the technical knowledge of your field and the rest 100 will be based on four subjects comprising various topics.
